Salon Policy

VISITORS AND CHILDREN

All clients are to attend their appointments alone, this includes children. There is a strict policy due to insurance and safety purposes. This ensure’s a calm, professional enviroment for all guests.

BOOKING FEE

All booking fee’s are non refundable and only transferable once and are used to secure your appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who do not to show to their appointment and fail to notify belle-issa beauty, will immediately lose their booking fee and no future bookings will be made without the full treatment paid prior to their appointment. Also clients who no show and fail to attend to their appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost and the deposit paid will be void. This payment will be automatically charged from the card used when creating the booking online. We understand that things happen, however please respect that this is a business and our policy stands for all clients. We appreciate your understanding.

RUNNING LATE

You are expected to arrive on time to ensure we can perform the full service you have booked in for. We are usually fully booked each day, so usually do not have the ability to push back appointments. Though beware if you have arrived late, the full services may not be performed but the full fee will still apply. 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We ask should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that it is required to give 24 hours notice. Changes made within this timeframe will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost no matter the reason given. By booking, you acknowledge this, and you are confirming you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
