Belle-Issa Beauty is owned and operated by Melissa Hegarty. Melissa qualified as an all round beautician in 2006 but brows soon became her speciality.

Melissa is committed to helping you look and feel your best so with that comes a passion for creating the greatest experience possible for all her clients.

She ensures to take her time to make sure as much knowledge is gained at each appointment. She has a love for her art and craft of what she does so Melissa continues to complete training within her industry by taking masterclasses throughout the year with other stylists such as Kelley Baker, this ensures that her clients will receive the most up to date techniques and trends.
